Due to our high number of bookings, payments are non refundable.
Payment plan bookings are also non refundable as we have held your date and turned down other events to do so.
In the event of high level, local COVID restrictions being enforced during the date of your planned event, we are unable to offer refunds for any payment made but can provide a credit for use within a 12 month period.
Sunshine is not always guaranteed, so in the interest of your special day still being absolutely fantastic we always recommend having a Backup event location ( Preferably indoors) where we can continue the event as planned. We cannot refund payment due to wet weather cancellation. If your indoor location is not suitable for a picnic event we will provide an extravagant grazing table instead.
If there are any rugs or cushions with Food/alcohol stains that require professional cleaning you will be liable to cover these costs. Also any equipment that is broken or lost during the event must be covered at full retail price.
